Last month in September, Apple announced a new iPhone lineup and a new smartwatch lineup, but Apple did not launch any Mac at the event.

This is because Apple launches Macs separately from iPhones. And it looks like the launch event of the new Mac may happen soon.

Mark Gurman, whose leaks tend to be accurate most of the time, has now mentioned about the upcoming event in his latest Bloomberg newsletter.

According to Mark Gurman, Apple may launch new iMacs and new Macs in the last week of October. This will happen before Apple releases its earnings report.
According to the statement, it looks like a new 24-inch iMac will launch this month. And there may also be new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros.

These iPads are expected to come with some hardware upgrades (like new chips) only and not any design changes.

Its been two years since the launch of current iMac. And so Apple will skip M2 and include M3 in new upcoming iMac.

Early this year Apple refreshed the Macbook Pro’s so it would be interesting to see what upgrade they come with. As per Gurman, there is going to be only SoC upgrade.

The launch could take place either on October 30 or October 31. And Apple will reveal its earnings on November 2.
