Windows 11 comes with a new Start Menu, Store (with Android apps support), Taskbar, Widgets, Snap Layouts, and much more.

Windows 11 gets a new start menu. Start icon moves to the center of the taskbar.

No more square edges, Yes, the Windows 11 is all set to bring rounded edges.

Windows Terminal has got a major improvement. Rounded corners and tabs which lets you choose to open from Command Prompt, Azure Services and the PowerShell.

Vibrant Colors

Instead of just being the plain simple icons and dark or light background, we can expect more colorful icons to popup for various icons and key elements in the Explorer.

The final setup screens in Windows 11 now have a nice white background alongside a few icons that also reflect in the file manager.

Windows 10 compatible PCs will get a free Windows 11 update. While the retail pricing is not revealed yet.

What happen to Windows 10?

The Pro and Home versions of Windows 10 will expire on October 24th, 2025. As far as updates are concerned, they will continue till their expiration date.
