If we recall the Android 12 Beta rollout plan for Vivo phones, the Vivo S1 Pro was expected to get the beta update at the end of April. But it looks like the Vivo S1 Pro is getting Android 12 beta a little earlier than planned. This Android 12 beta update rollout is early as planned but late as compared to other OEM progress.
A Twitter user ABHIMAN38891976 shared that he has already received the update in India. We think this is the beta update as per the official roadmap and also that Vivo will not directly roll out the stable build. Vivo S1 Pro Android 12 beta comes with build number 9.78.2. And as this is the major update, it weighs 3.69GB. So make sure to use WiFi for updating your phone.
The Android 12 beta for Vivo S1 Pro comes with major improvements and new features. You can expect improved system security, new UI, and more. As of now, we don’t have the complete changelog but we will share it with you once it is available to us.
If you have opted for the Android 12 beta program on your Vivo S1 Pro, then you will receive the beta update soon. It is rolling out in batches which means it may take a few days to roll out to all beta testers. You can also manually check for the update from Settings. And once the update is available click on Download and install. Remember this is a beta update which means there can be some bugs.
