Stray Game Developer and Publisher

Stray is being developed by BlueTwelve Studios which is based in the South of France. The game will be published by Annapurna Studios. The same publisher also published other games such as The Artful Escape, Twelve Minutes, Outer Wilds, Last Stop, Journey, I Am Dead, and If Found to name a few.

Stray Gameplay

We finally got to see a gameplay trailer for the game. The Stray trailer talks about how you play as a cat wandering across the city in search of your family. With you lost in an unknown mysterious city where the human beings are slowly vanishing away and the world is filled with the different humanoid kings of robots. Since you play as a cat you will be able to climb around through different obstacles and even get yourself a nice little bowl of water to quench your thrust. You will have to be alert, nimble, while you play along through the game, and ready to annoy people that live in the city.

Stray Gameplay

All through the journey of solving various kinds of mysteries, you come across a little drone called B12. Now that you and the drone have become really good best friends, you and the drone go on a mission to find your missing family. With the drone as your friend, you will be able to communicate with the living creatures a bit more easily. For example, if you wish to sleep, you can tell the drone to communicate with the robot to play you some soothing music where you can cuddle yourself and have a good night’s nap.

Stray Customization

With so little being shown about the game, fans are excited to know more details but will have to wait around till the developers decide to reveal some more information. With regards to customization, many people are thinking about the possibilities of cat customization. Whether you would be able to make the cat look like the one you have in your real life and maybe even wear a few accessories that will benefit the cat the most. It would be an interesting element to have cat customization as well as customizing B12 too.

Stray Platform Availability

BlueTwelve Studios have stated that the game will be available to play on the PS4 and PS5 as well as on PC which can be purchased from Steam. It is too early to decide whether the game would make it showcase onto the cloud gaming services platform like Geforce Now or for that matter even Stadia.

Stray System Requirements

While we do know that the new PS5 will let you play the game in 4K and an expected 120 FPS, the game will feel even more live on PC.
