The game was announced back in 2009 and was slated for a release date in 2010. However, with the large number of controversies that were engulfing the game. However fast forward to February 2021, the game was back in development by Highwire Games instead of the former Atomic Games. The game finally gets a new release period of Q4, 2022. So, what do we get to see in the trailer of the game? The game’s trailer shows you parts of what happened back in 2004 and how the city of Fallujah was captured by the Coalition forces. It also shows you a few interviews that have been taken of people who described the warzone situation in Iraq.

The gameplay is something that you would expect to be a repeat of what happened in Fallujah. Firing between the military and the coalition forces that were non stop. Well, you will be playing as the marines who had one main job- to get rid of the insurgents. You would be tasked with ordering your team to fire, breakthrough a door, scan damaged houses and buildings for enemies, and take them out if found. The good part about the game’s map is that it keeps shifting things and objects every time you play a new game. It has done it this way so that you get a realistic type of feeling and you are always left with suspense because you would never know what to expect at any given time. Overall, a very interesting concept that we are about to see come live later this year.
Six Days in Fallujah – Platform Availability and Multiplayer
So, the developers have stated that the game will be available on PC via Steam. They also stated that the game can be played on the Xbox One, Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Apart from just playing as a single-player and playing through the maps, you will also be able to play online with your friends, however, we are yet to know if crossplay and cross-generation support would be enabled for the game or not. Even with regards to game editions, DLCs, and prices- the paths are yet to be clear.
