Samsung updates the Galaxy A41 to Android 12 (One UI 4.1)

Nowadays smartphone OEMs are working on updating the phones released in 2020 to Android 12. And the Galaxy A41 is the latest smartphone to pick up the new build. Yes, Samsung has started rolling out the Android 12 based One UI 4.1 update for Galaxy A41. The new update packs a slew of new UI changes, features, and improvements across the system. As I said earlier, the Galaxy A41 was announced back in May 2020 with Android 10 OS. Last April, it received its first major OS upgrade – the Android 11 update. Now is the time for the second big upgrade – the Android 12 update, it goes live with the A415FXXU1DVDB firmware version. As it is a major release, it requires a huge amount of data for downloading, you can download it over cellular data or WiFi. At the moment, the over-the-air build is weeding in Russia and will be available in other countries in the coming days.

Samsung kicks off the latest update with April 2022 monthly security patch along with the One UI 4.1 features. Talking about the features, then you can now access new widgets, very smooth animations while opening and closing apps, overhauled quick panel, automatic dark mode for wallpapers, icons, and illustrations, new charging animation, and much more. The changelog of the new update is not available at the moment, but you can access these features on your Galaxy A41 after upgrading to One UI 4.1.

Samsung Galaxy A41 Android 12 Update

Samsung Galaxy A41 users can now upgrade their smartphone to One UI 4.1 based Android 12 update. For the time being, the update is in a rolling phase, it will be available for everyone in the coming days. You can head over to the Settings > Software Updates for manually check the latest updates. It will show the available update so tap on download and install to get it on your phone, you can wait for a few days if the update is not available yet.

If you’re in a haste, then you can update your device manually using Firmware. You can download the new firmware from Frija tool, SamFirm toolSamsung Firmware Downloader Tool, or SamMobile website. If you are using one of the tools then enter your model and country code and download the firmware. Once downloaded, you can flash the firmware using Odin Tool. I recommend you take a backup prior to diving into the process. That’s it.
