Samsung Galaxy S22 series owners can now upgrade their phones to the stable Android 13 based One UI 5 update. Samsung finally releases the anticipated One UI 5 update to the public.

Samsung kicks off the rollout in Europe and will be expanded to other regions in the coming days. And the best is, it is already available to many Galaxy S22 owners in Italy Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Romania, and the UK. Hopefully, it will be available to everyone across Europe in a matter of time.

One UI 5 is going to be the first major software upgrade for the Galaxy S22 series phones. So, the download will require a huge chunk of data, also, make sure you have enough space on your phone for downloading the big upgrade. The stable build goes live on the eligible models with 2.8GB in size and is labeled with S901BXXU2BVJA / S906BXXU2BVJA / S908BXXU2BVJA software version.

If you own the Galaxy S22 / S22 Plus / S22 Ultra and live in Europe, then you can now try upgrading your phone to the One UI 5.0. All you need to do is, navigate to Settings > Software update, it will start searching for new updates, if available tap on Download and install that’s it.

Before updating your phone to Android 13, make sure to take a backup and also charge your phone to at least 50%.

Moving to the changes and features, then Samsung is pushing the new Android 13-centric One UI 5.0 update with a flurry of new features including new lock screen personalization features, new wallpapers, widget stacking, new modes and routines, improved multitasking, smoother animations, and many more.
