Samsung releases One UI 6 Watch Beta 3 for Galaxy Watch 6 series

One UI 6 Watch based on Wear OS 5.0 goes official with the announcement of Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. The South Korean tech giant has also been testing the update on the previous generation of Galaxy Watches. The Galaxy Watch 6 series already received two beta updates, and today, Samsung released the third beta with bug fixes.

Samsung has officially shared the information of gradual upgrade on its community forum. As per the details, the new update is only available for the Galaxy Watch 6 models and comes with ZXG3 version number. It is a small upgrade, you can quickly install it on your watch.

One UI 6 Watch is a big upgrade that boasts a slew of useful features including better battery backup, more personalized health insights, enhanced sleep tracking, Thumb and index finger double touch gestures, faster scrolling, universal gesture support for quick launch, and many others.

Moving to the changes coming with the third beta, then it addresses the battery consumption issues, apps memory usage, network related issues, and more. Here’s the complete list of changes on the third beta.

If you reside in the US or South Korea, then you can take part in the One UI 6 Watch Beta program. You need to install the Samsung Members app from the Galaxy Store and then tap the One UI 6 Watch banner to join the beta program and update your watch to the One UI 6 Watch Beta.

If you own the Galaxy Watch 4 or Watch 5 series, then you can also try out the One UI 6 Watch beta by following the above-mentioned steps.

However, before doing this take a backup of important data and charge your watch to at least 50%.
