Samsung releases Android 14 Update for Galaxy F54

Samsung started its Android 14 journey in the last week of October, and since then a lot of Galaxy phones have received the major update and many devices are still receiving the update. Today, Galaxy F54 also joined the Android 14 update list. Now Samsung Galaxy F54 is getting Android 14 via One UI 6.0 update.

Samsung released the budget Galaxy F54 phone about a few months back with Android 13 OS. So the Android 14 based One UI 6 is the first major update.

Android 14 update for Galaxy F54 is rolling out in India with build number E546BXXU3BWL1. Since it is a major update for the device, it weighs over 2GB. Unlike recent One UI 6 update, this doesn’t bring the latest Android security patch, but it improves to November 2023 Security patch.

Coming to the interesting part that is new features and changes this new update brings. If you have a Galaxy F54, you can expect to experience the new Quick Panel, new Media playback UI, reposition clock in lock screen, simple icon labels, redesigned emojis, new weather widget, many new camera features, quickly edit photos, and many other new features. As mentioned earlier, the Android 14 for Galaxy F54 is rolling out to users in India. So if you own a Galaxy F54, you will be receiving the update soon if you haven’t already. You can check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

Before updating your phone, make sure to take a full backup and charge the device to at least 50%.
