With all the recent bad news, it seems like the One UI 7 stable release is still a long way off. A few weeks ago, Samsung released a press release stating that One UI 7 was imminent, but this doesn’t seem to be the case based on the current situation.

A few days ago, there was a news report about the One UI 7 beta 4 release. However, we now have a specific date for its arrival. As per the source, the fourth beta will be released on Monday next week, which falls on February 17. It will be available to Galaxy S24 users who have enrolled in the beta program.

Samsung fans who have been eagerly waiting for this major update are quite disappointed and losing interest due to the delay. Despite the update already being available on the Galaxy S25, it is still being delayed for older devices, even after three beta test builds.

The Android 15-based One UI 7 beta is already available in beta for Galaxy S24 users in select regions. Thanks to the first three beta builds, we have a good idea of what One UI 7 will bring to older Galaxy devices. While the fourth beta is expected early next week, donโ€™t expect major changes. As confirmed by an official comment, the fourth beta will focus on bug fixes.

Thereโ€™s no denying that the One UI 7 boasts several exciting features, including NowBar, writing assist tools, improved call transcripts, separate quick settings and notification panel, redesigned camera UI, advanced camera controls, and many more. However, it’s surprising that it took this long and still haven’t released the stable update. Samsung officially started working on One UI 7 over two years ago.

Another bad news that made Galaxy users furious is that some One UI 7 AI features on the Galaxy S25 will not be available on Galaxy S24 or other older models. The official reason they have given is the hardware limitation of these devices.

Like you, we are also waiting for the stable One UI 7 update. Since it will still take some time, you can get the beta version if you have a Galaxy S24 and reside in an eligible region.
