Samsung is testing Android 11 based One UI 3.0 for Galaxy A71

It has been quite a while since the release of Android 11. And almost all OEMs have started to roll out Android 11 or Android 11 based custom OS on their devices. Samsung is among the top brands which have already rolled out stable One UI 3.0 for the latest flagship devices. And just now we got a tip that Galaxy A71 One UI 3.0 test firmware is available. It means the One UI 3.0 internal beta testing is live.

Recently we shared about the One UI 3.0 internal beta testing for Galaxy A70. The testing is going on for many Galaxy devices as these devices are scheduled to receive updates in the coming months. And if we talk about the Galaxy A71, then it will get the update either in April or May. This data is official as the One UI 3.0 schedule is already out.

According to the details shared by a Twitter user (@AlbertoConserv1), Android 11 Internal testing is undergoing for the Galaxy A71 with model number SM-A715F in regions of Germany (DBT).

Galaxy A71 One UI 3.0 Internal Beta

The Checkfirm clearly shows the test firmware for Galaxy A71 and based on One UI 3.0. One UI 3.0 test firmware for Galaxy A71 has a firmware version as A715FxXx3BTL5. And its discovered date is 30th December 2020. Since it is an internal beta test, users will not be available to install it. But Samsung will soon open the One UI 3.0 beta for Galaxy A71 users.

Now let’s talk about what you should expect in the One UI 3.0 for Galaxy A71. It is a major update after One UI 2.5 and comes with a bunch of new features and UI changes. These new features include an overhauled Notification panel and long-press menu for apps, new Volume controls layout, intuitive lock screen and Bixby Routines, a flurry of customizations to AOD, and much more.
