In the last couple of months, Samsung has rolled out the Android 14 update for the majority of its Galaxy phones. Only a few devices are left to receive the update, and today Samsung has removed one more device from that list. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is now receiving Android 14 based One UI 6 Update.

The Android 14 based One UI 6 update was released some time ago for premium Samsung Galaxy Tablets, and now the entry-level tablet is also joining the party. The entry-level Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, which debuted in 2021 with Android 11 OS, is now receiving its third major update in the form of Android 14.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite (SM-T225N) is currently getting Android 14 update in South Korea. This update is expected to roll out to other regions shortly. The Android 14 update for Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is available with build number T225NKOU6DWL9. And since its a major update it weighs over a GB.

Talking about new features, the update brings everything that other tablets received with Android 14 update. This includes the new quick panel layout, reposition clock in lock screen, drag and drop with 2 hands, improved multitasking, new Dex, Link to Windows and many other features.

As usual, the update is rolling out in batches. If you own Galaxy Tab A7 Lite in South Korea, you might have already received the update. If not, the update will be available to you soon. You can check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

Before installing the update, make sure to take backup of your important data and charge your phone to at least 50%.
