Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Android 14 update goes live!

Last month, Samsung officially kicked off the stable Android 14 update for the Galaxy S23 series phones with the newly launched Galaxy S23 FE being an exception. Now the news comes out that the Android 14-centric One UI 6.0 update goes live for the Galaxy S23 FE. Read on to know more details.

Samsung is seeding the new software to the Galaxy S23 FE with the S711BXXU1BWK5 firmware version. At the time of writing, the update is rolling out in Georgia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Serbia, France, Slovenia, and the UK. It will also be available in other regions in a matter of time.

One UI 6.0 is the first major software upgrade for the Galaxy S23 FE and it requires a huge chunk of data and storage. So, make sure you have enough storage as well as data for downloading on your device. The update comes out with the new November 2023 monthly security patch.

Talking about the other changes, Samsung is pushing One UI 6.0 to Galaxy S23 FE with features like redesigned Quick Settings, more customization controls on the lock screen, a new One UI Sans font, new emojis, a new media player, separate battery settings, and many more.

If you own the newly released Galaxy S23 FE then you can now try out Samsung’s newest skin based on Android 14. You will receive the OTA notification on your device once the update is available or you can manually check for new updates by navigating to Settings > About device > Software update > Download and install.

Make sure to that a backup of important data before installing the new update on your device. Also, charge your phone to at least 50% in case of failures.
