Samsung is taking the Android 12 update mission a priority. OEMs are already well ahead of the One UI 4.0 roadmap. After rolling out stable Android 12 for a bunch of Galaxy phones, Samsung now starts rolling out stable Android 12 for Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Yes, Galaxy Note 10 Lite is the latest Samsung device to receive the stable One UI 4.0 update.
Many OEMs are actively working on Android 12 updates for their devices, but Samsung is taking the game to another level. As of now, most of the OEMs have only managed to provide updates for a few of their flagship phones. But on the other hand, Samsung has already rolled out Android 12 based stable One UI 4.0 for several models.
The stable Android 12 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite is currently rolling out in France. Other regions will soon join the party. Galaxy Note 10 Lite Android 12 update comes with build number N770FXXU8FUL7. The build version can vary according to region and model.
Now talking about new features in Galaxy Note 10 Lite Android 12 update, then you can expect most of the features we shared in the One UI 4.0 changelog. Some of the common features you can expect in the update are new widgets, very smooth animations while opening and closing of apps, overhauled quick panel, automatic dark mode for wallpapers, icons, and illustrations, new charging animation, and much more. At the time of writing, the update changelog is not available to us.
As usual the Galaxy Note 10 Lite Android 12 update is rolling out in batches. It means some users may have already received the update, and the remaining users will also receive the update in a few days. If you didn’t get the OTA update notification, you can manually check for the update from Settings > Software Update. Before updating your phone, make sure to take a full backup and charge it to at least 50%.
If you want the update immediately, then you can also manually install the update using firmware. You can download the firmware from Frija tool, Samsung Firmware Downloader. If you are using one of the tools then enter your model and country code and download the firmware. Once downloaded, you can flash the firmware using Odin Tool. Then flash the Galaxy Note 10 Lite firmware to your device.
