Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is now receiving One UI 3.1 based Android 11 Update

This month, Samsung pushed its newest One UI 3.1 based Android 11 update for a bunch of A-series phones. Now the company has started rolling out the major update to the Galaxy A90 5G. The device was received the One UI 2.5 update in December 2020, now, it starts receiving the latest One UI 3.1 update with a slew of new features and improvements. The latest patch on the Galaxy A90 5G is seeding with A908NKOU3DUC3 software version. As for now, the OTA is weeding in the regions of South Korea, hopefully, it will soon be available in other regions as well. With this, the Galaxy A90 5G get its second major OS update, the newer build may require a chunk of data for sideloading. I suggest you to connect your smartphone to the stable Wi-Fi network connection for uninterrupted downloading.

Android 11 Update on the Galaxy A90 5G bags a bunch of new features. The latest update also knocks up with the latest March 2021 security patch. It also comes with features like Private Share, Nearby Share, Samsung Free, Eye Comfort Shield, Remove location data, Auto Switch feature, along with a few other features. You can also use the basic features of Android 11. As for now, the changelog of the latest build is not available to us, we’ll attach it to this article once it is available.

Samsung Galaxy A90 5G Android 11 (One UI 3.1) Update

The Android 11 Update for the Galaxy A90 5G is rolling out in different batches, which might take some time to reach every unit. If you haven’t received the OTA notification on your smartphone then, you can head over to the Settings > Software Updates for manually checking the latest updates. It will show the available update so tap on download and install to get it on your phone.

Before upgrading your smartphone to the latest update, make sure to take a backup of important data. Also charge your smartphone to at least 50%.

If you’re in a haste, then you can update your device manually using Firmware. You can download Galaxy Fold Firmware from Frija tool, SamFirm toolSamsung Firmware Downloader, or SamMobile website. If you are using one of the tools then enter your model and country code and download the firmware. Once downloaded, you can flash the firmware using Odin Tool. That’s it.
