The major One UI 2.5 update on Galaxy A50s knocks up with A507FNXXU5CTK3 build number, it is currently rolling out in Vietnam. And as it is an incremental update you can expect the update to be less in size near around 1GB. The new release brings November security patch along with One UI 2.5 features.

The Galaxy A50s will get a bunch of new features, except the Wireless DeX and enhanced Pro Video Mode feature. In terms of details, then the Galaxy A50s gets Split Keyboard support for Landscape mode, new SOS location-sharing feature for Messages app, Improvements to the default camera app, and a few other features along with a slew of system improvements.

The security of your device has been improved. The new firmware on Galaxy A50s is rolling in different batches, which might take some time to reach every unit. I recommend you to check the updates manually in the system settings.

To manually check for updates simply go to Settings on your Galaxy A50s. And then go to System > Software Update. It will show the available update that you can download and install on your phone.

If you’re in a haste, then you update your device manually, using Frija tool, SamFirm tool, or SamMobile website. If you are using one of the tools then enter your model and country code and download the firmware. Once downloaded, you can flash the firmware using Odin Tool. Then flash the file to your device. If you want to do so, then I recommend you to take a backup prior, before diving in to the process. That’s it.
