Samsung’s continuous work on the Android 13 rollout now brings the taste of the new update to the affordable mid-rangers – the Galaxy A22 (LTE) and the Galaxy A23 (LTE & 5G). Samsung is pushing the new software to the Galaxy A22 (LTE) with the A225FXXU3CVK3 build number, whereas the Galaxy A23 (LTE) picks up the new software with the A235FXXU1BVK8 version number and the 5G variant gets the firmware with the A236BXXU2BVK7 software version.
Talking about availability, then the update is live for the A22 in these European countries – Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and the Nordic region.
For the Galaxy A23 LTE variant, the update is available in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Russia, and Ukraine. While the update for the 5G variant goes live in Croatia, Czechia, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Obviously, it is a major software upgrade, so it will require a big chunk of data for downloading, so make sure you have enough data for downloading. In terms of changes, the Android 13 firmware brings features like new lock screen personalization features, new wallpapers, widget stacking, new modes and routines, improved multitasking, smoother animations, and many more.
