Samsung announces One UI 5 beta program for Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4

After announcing the One UI 5 to the public last week, the company has expanded the beta program to more Galaxy phones including the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. And now is the time for this year’s foldable phones, Samsung has just announced the One UI 5 beta for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4. The program is already live in mainland South Korea, India, and the UK, and will also be available in other markets (Germany, China, the US, and other European countries) in the coming days.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 comes with One UI 4.1.1 based Android 12L OS out of the box, whereas the clamshell comes in with Android 12 OS. And now both phones are in-line to get the first major software upgrade. If you own any of the two phones and want to try out the new features available on the Android 13-centric One UI 5 skin, then you can join the beta program and get hands-on with the new changes.

One UI 5.0 is one of the biggest upgrades for eligible Galaxy phones, seeding with the features such as new lock screen personalization features, new wallpapers, widget stacking, new modes and routines, improved multitasking, smoother animations, and many more.
