In the past few weeks, weโve seen the test firmware appear on the server for these models.
According to the Canadian mobile network carrier, Telus, Samsung will release a new update for these three phones. The carrier didnโt mention the exact version details; instead, they referred to optimizations and security updates.
The carrier mentioned the same for the Galaxy S22, S21, and foldable phones for the recently released One UI 6.1 update. So, we can expect Samsung to release the anticipated update on May 14.
Talking about the features and changes, then it is going to be interesting to see whether Samsung will push all AI-based features to the A-series phones or reserve them for the โSuper Smartโ Galaxy S-series phones.
If you are interested in the features of One UI 6.1, then the update boasts features like Circle to Search, Live Translate, Chat Assist, Interpreter, Note Assist, Transcript Assist, Browsing Assist, Photo Assist, Generative Wallpaper, Generative Edit, and more.
If you own the Galaxy A54, A53, or S21 FE, you will receive the update over-the-air on your phone. You can also manually check for new updates by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
