MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition is rolling out gradually to all eligible phones. The latest phone to get MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition is the Redmi Note 10S. For now, Xiaomi has not released MIUI 13 which is expected to be announced in a few days. So MIUI 12.5 Enhanced is the latest update for now. Redmi Note 10S was released in the first half of 2022 with Android 11 and MIUI 12.5 out-of-the-box. And so this will be the first major update for the device. The MIUI 12.5 EE update is available in India and will soon be available in other regions as well. Redmi Note 10S is a budget phone and the enhanced update will improve the performance of the device.
The MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition for Redmi Note 10S comes with build number V12.5.11.0.RKLINXM for the Indian variant. The OTA update size will be less than a GB as it doesn’t actually bring any new features. MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition brings improvisation to already available features and enhances the experience. Redmi Note 10S MIUI 12.5 EE is currently tagged as Stable Beta which means users who have enrolled for the beta are now getting the update. But in a few days, it will be available to users who are on the last stable build. And if you don’t get an OTA notification, you can manually check for the update from Software Update in Settings. And once the update is available you can install it.
