Two more gaming-centric phones have joined the Android 15 party. The Android 15-based RedMagicOS 10 is now rolling out to the RedMagic 8 Pro and RedMagic 8S Pro. The update seems to be rolling out globally.
The RedMagic 8 Pro was launched in late 2022 with Android 13, while the RedMagic 8S Pro was launched in mid-2023 with Android 13. Both devices have already received their first major upgrade, Android 14, and are now getting their second major update, Android 15.
According to the screenshot shared by users, the Android 15 update for both devices is rolling out with build number REDMAGICOS10.0.7_GB. It is a big update with a size of 3.24GB, so itโs recommended to download it over Wi-Fi.
Since Android 15 is a major update for RedMagic 8 Pro and 8S Pro, it brings various new features and improvements to these devices. The changes include call translation, multi-app quick launch, motion-sensing controls, AR glasses mode, and more. You can check out the official changelog below.
