Many smartphone brands are actively working on rolling out Android 15 to their devices. For Realme phones, the latest major update, Android 15 is available with latest custom UI, Realme UI 6.0.
Although the stable Realme UI 6.0 update is not yet available for Realme P1 Speed and Realme Narzo 70 Turbo users, they can now get Android 15 through the Open Beta program.
Realme has announced the Realme UI 6.0 open beta for the Realme P1 Speed and Realme Narzo 70 Turbo.
Open Beta updates are more stable than early access, which means there may only be minor bugs or none at all. Given it’s stability, even general users can enjoy the latest update before the official release. Like me, you too would want to know if the beta is worth installing. - Introduces the Documents app to manage, view and edit various types of documents in one place.

Floating Window and Split View
- Introduces new Floating Window gestures: pulling down a notification banner to bring up a floating window, pulling down a floating window for full screen display, swiping up to close a floating window and swiping to a side to hide a floating window.
- Introduces resizable Split View windows. Simply drag the divider to resize the window not fully displayed for a larger display area. You can also achieve this by tapping the window.
Notifications & Quick Settings
- Adds the Split mode for the notification drawer and Quick Settings. Swipe down from the upper-left to open the notification drawer, swipe down from the upper-right for Quick Settings and swipe left or right to switch between them.
- Redesigns Quick Settings with an optimized layout that offers more appealing and consistent visuals and more refined and rich animations.
realme Share
- Introduces file transfer capability with iOS devices. Enable the Touch to share feature on the device to find iOS devices and transfer files efficiently and effortlessly.

Now let’s come to the part, how you can apply for the Realme UI 6.0 Open Beta on your Realme P1 Speed and Realme Narzo 70 Turbo.
Currently, the open beta is available for users in India. So if you reside in India and have one of the two phones mentioned, follow these steps.
- Update your phone to the latest version : RMX5004_14.1.0.410(SP04EX01) | RMX5004_14.1.0.510(EX01) | RMX5004_14.1.0.600(EX01)
- Enable Developer Mode by going to Settings > About device > Version > Version Number > Tap version number seven times.
- Now go to Settings > About device > Click on the “realme UI 5.0” banner at the top > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Beta program > Open Beta > Apply Now > Submit your details and complete the application.
If your application is approved, you will receive the Realme UI 6.0 beta update on your phone in the Update settings. Before installing the update, make sure to charge your phone to at least 50% and take backup of your data.
