Realme kicks off Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta for Realme C25 and X50 Pro

Two more Realme phones joined the Realme UI 3.0 Open beta. Realme has opened the Realme UI 3.0 open beta application for the Realme C25 and Realme X50 Pro. As you already know that Realme UI 3.0 is based on Android 12. And so the wait is almost over for those who want to experience Android 12. Here you will get to know everything about the Realme UI 3.0 open beta for the Realme C25 and Realme X50 Pro.

Realme is continuously working on the Android 12 based Realme UI 3 update for the remaining eligible phones. Today, Realme also released the Early Access, Open Beta, and Stable builds for several Realme phones. Realme X7 Max 5G and Realme GT Master Edition are the two phones that are getting the stable update which you can check out here.

In case you are not aware of the update process for Realme phones, the OEM first releases the Closed Beta followed by Early Access and then the Open Beta. And if the open beta runs as expected, the same build is made available to the public. So Android 12 open beta for Realme C25 and Realme X50 Pro can be considered as a stable build.

The Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta for Realme X50 Pro opened yesterday while the Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta for Realme C25 opened today i.e. March 22. Since Open Beta is considered as the final build, you can expect almost all the features that will be available with a public stable build. You get to experience new features such as new Widgets, animation, new icons, fluid interface, Omoji for 3D avatar, smart theming, and many other features. Unfortunately, the interface will not be the same as stock Android 12.

If you want to apply for the Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta on Realme X50 Pro then make sure it runs on RMX2076PUNV1B_11.C.23 / RMX2076PUNV1B_11.C.24. And in the case of Realme C25, the device must run on RMX3193_11.A.26. After confirming the required update version, follow these steps to apply for Realme UI 3.0.

  • Open Settings on your Realme phone.
  • Go to Software Update and tap on the Settings icon present in the top right corner.
  • Next select Trial Version > Open Beta > Apply Now and submit your details.
  • Once done, the Realme team will review the application.
  • And if the application passes, Realme will push the update to your device.

Users who already opted for Early Access are not required to fill out the application for Open Beta. They will get the beta update directly.

Before updating your device to Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta, make sure to take a full backup of your device and charge your device to at least 50%. If you want to rollback to Android 11 then you can use these rollback packages.
