Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta goes live for Realme X2

Realme is slowly making progress in the Android 11 update for its devices. But only a few Realme phones managed to get the stable Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 update. And most of the phones are still in Open Beta for months. Realme X2 now also gets the Android 11 with the Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta. Realme X2 users can apply for the Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta right away.

There is Samsung which already starts rolling out Android 11 to its entry-level devices, but many OEMs like Realme struggle to provide updates to mid-range phones. Realme is far behind in the race and we expect Realme to catch the speed soon. Luckily users can still experience the latest Android 11 features with the Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta.

Realme X2 is a device released in 2019 with Android 9 out of the box. Later the phone received a major update as Android 10. And now it’s almost time for the second major update which will be the Android 11 and it is based on Realme UI 2.0.

  • At least 5GB of free space required

How to Apply for Realme UI 2.0 Beta on Realme X2

  1. Open Settings on your Realme X2.
  2. Now, head over to the Software Update.
  3. Now tap on the Settings icon placed at the top right corner.
  4. Here you can apply for the Trial Version.
  5. You can enter your information in the form shared by the company.
  6. Once done, you’ll receive a special OTA to update your smartphone to Realme UI 2.0.

After submitting the application, just sit and relax. Realme officials will review your application. If your application passes then you’ll receive Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 update on your Realme X2. Usually, Realme will provide the OTAs on a first come first serve basis, so, apply now to get the new update.
