Android 11 is the latest update available to the public for almost a year. But still many device owners are waiting for the update. And it includes Realme X and Realme XT users. Both devices are eligible for the Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 update. And just now Realme opens the Realme UI 2.0 Early Access for both Realme X and Realme XT. Both Realme X and Realme XT launched in 2019 with Android 9 out of the box. Later last year Realme released Android 10 to both devices with Realme UI 1.0. And Android 11 will be the second major update for both phones. And like other Realme phones, Realme X & Realme XT will receive Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0.
Early this month we shared a list of Realme phones getting early access to Android 11. The list includes both Realme X and Realme XT. And as per the Roadmap, Realme UI 2.0 Early Access goes live for Realme X and Realme XT.
The Android 11 Early Access is like an Open Beta which will be available to users for testing before the stable release. And as usual, the application will be available for limited users. Prerequisites:
- Charge your phone to at least 60%
- Update your device to the required UI version→[RMX1901EX_11.C.11/RMX1921EX_11_C.13]
- Take a full backup of your phone
- At least 5GB of free space required
How to Apply for Realme UI 2.0 Beta on Realme X & Realme XT
- Open Settings on your Realme X or XT.
- Now, head over to the Software Update.
- Now tap on the Settings icon placed at the top right corner.
- Here you can apply for the Trial Version.
- You can enter your information in the form shared by the company.
- Once done, you’ll receive a special OTA to update your smartphone to Realme UI 2.0.

Realme officials will review your application and then the Android 11 updates will be pushed to your Realme X & XT. You can also roll back your device to Android 10 following a guide mentioned in FAQs in the Realme forum.
Now coming to Realme X/XT Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta features, then you can expect many changes and new features as well. Also, you may see the latest Android security patch. Unfortunately, the full changelog is not available to us since the update is not rolling as of now. We will update the article once the changelog is available.
