Realme GT 5G gets Android 12 (based Realme UI 3.0) stable update

Two months ago, Realme initially started testing Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 on the Realme GT 5G smartphone. Moving forward with the beta program, the company has released some incremental updates with fixes. As testing reached the final phase, Realme started rolling out a stable Android 12 update to Realme GT 5G. The update bags many new goodies, improvements, and fixes. Realme seeds the new software upgrade with the RMX2202_11_C.05 software version and measures around 194MB in size for users running on the beta version. But if your phone is running on the stable version, then it requires a big chunk of data for downloading, in this case, you can connect your phone to the WiFi network and update your phone quickly. If you’re in hurry and want a quick update, then make sure that your phone is running on the latest software available.

As of now, the company has not officially confirmed the rollout but there are some users who have got the stable update. The newest update is seeding with a bunch of new features – new 3D icons, Omoji 3D avatars, AOD 2.0, dynamic theming, new privacy controls, PC connect, and much more. Realme GT 5G owners can head over to the Settings > Software update, then check for the new updates. If the update is not available then you can wait for a few days, it is in a rolling phase and will be available to everyone in the coming days.

Before updating your Realme GT 5G to the Android 12 take a backup of important data to prevent data loss, make sure that your phone is charged at least 60%, and make sure it is not rooted.
