Realme expands the Realme UI 4.0 early access to Realme 8s 5G

Realme has kicked off the Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 early access program for the Realme 8s 5G. This month, the company has pushed the new update to a bunch of eligible Realme phones, and now it is the time for the Realme 8s 5G. It is the second major software upgrade for the Realme 8s 5G, if you own the 8s 5G, then you can now taste the new Realme UI 4.0 on your phone.

As always, we get the information of the early access program from Realme itself. And according to the community thread, the upgrade is available for users running on the latest build. Yes, you need to upgrade your phone to the RMX3381_11.C.06 or RMX3381_11.C.07 version number.

If your phone is already on the latest version, then you can opt for the beta program. Obviously, there are a limited number of seats available in the program, so, you might want to be quick. If your application got selected in the early access program, then you will receive the update with F.01 software version. There’s no information available for the stable rollout, but you can expect it in the next two months.

Realme 8s 5G is getting new software with a bunch of new features and changes, the list includesย updated AOD, a dynamic computing engine for performance enhancements, a Private Safe tool, support for more color palettes, large folders for the home screen, new editing tools for the screenshot, and more.

If you are a proud Realme 8s 5G owner and want to taste the new features available on the Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 skin, then you can navigate to Settings > Software Update, then tap on the settings icon in the top right corner, select Trial Version and enter your details. If your application got selected, then you will receive the new Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 skin via a special OTA update.

Make sure to take a backup of important data before updating your device to the new software. Also, charge your device to at least 60%.
