Realme is yet to release stable Android 12 for many of its devices. Some of the remaining phones are either on Early Access or Open Beta. Another Realme phone joins the Early Access group. We are talking about Realme C35. Realme opens Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program for Realme C35.

Realme C35 is still a new phone released in the first quarter of 2022, but it was released with Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0. It is an entry level phone. And after a long wait, we finally can say the phone will be getting the stable Android 12 update, thanks to the Early Access program. It is still going to take a couple of months for the Realme C35 stable Android 12 update.

Those who want to get the Android 12 early, can now apply for the Realme UI 3.0 early access program. Unfortunately, it is currently open only for 200 users and it is quite possible that seats might have been already filled. But we might see other batches in the coming days, if not then you will have to wait for Open Beta.

The application went live on 5th July and the update will be made available starting 6th July. If you own a Realme C35 and want to apply for Android 12 Early Access, then make sure your phone is running on the latest build RMX3511PU_11.A.39 or newer.

To apply for Android 12 Early access go to Settings > Software Update. Now click on the Settings icon in the top right corner and select Trial Version. Choose Early Access > Apply Now, and fill in all the required details correctly.

Once the Android 12 Early Access application is submitted, you have to wait. Realme team will check the application and then roll out the OTA update if your application passes and there are seats left. If not then you will have to wait for the next batch.

You can check for the update from Settings > System > Software Update > Check for Software Update. Before updating to Android 12 make sure to take full backup and charge your phone to at least 50%.

Now after updating to Android 12 Early Access, if you find any major bugs and want to rollback to Android 11 for this or any other reason then you can easily do that by installing the rollack package.

You can install this file by going to Settings > System > Local Software Update.
