Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 Beta Program is now live for Realme 6i

Back in September 2020, Realme shared the Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 official roadmap. The official timeline has details of more than twenty smartphones, a bunch of phones have already received the update. In February, the company is set to push the update for three phones. A few days ago, Realme 7i received the Android 11 update via beta program, while Realme 6i and Narzo 10 users are waiting to get the update on their units. Now the company has started recruiting early adopters for Realme UI 2.0 on Realme 6i. Here you can check everything about Realme 6i Realme UI 2.0 Beta Update (Android 11).

If you’re using Realme 6i and waiting for the latest Realme UI 2.0 update, then you’ll be glad to know that now you can get access to the Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 update via beta program. If you want to taste the new features, then all you need to do is, update your smartphone to the latest software version.

According to the details shared by Realme, Realme 6i users need to update their device to RMX2001_11.B.55 / RMX2001_11.B.57 software version. The company also mentioned that limited users can take a part in the early adopter’s program. Although, the seats will be extended in the future.

In terms of changes, then the update carries features like new AODs, notification panel, power menu, revamped home screen UI settings, enhanced dark mode, and much more. You can also access the basic features of Android 11 after sideloading this build.

This version temporarily disable the front camera night scene mode and rear night scene wide-angle mode and will be back in the subsequent versions

Realme UI 2.0 Early Access for Realme 6i

Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 update now available for Realme 6i users through early adopters program. Although, the beta build is not as stable as the normal builds, the company also mentioned that there are some known issues in this beta build.

How to Apply for Realme UI 2.0 Beta on Realme 6i

  1. Open Settings on your Realme 6i.
  2. Now, head over to the Software Update.
  3. Now tap on the Settings icon placed at the top right corner.
  4. Here you can apply for the Trail Version.
  5. You can enter your information in the form shared by the company.
  6. Once done, you’ll receive a special OTA to update your smartphone to Realme UI 2.0.
  7. That’s it.

If your application got selected then you’ll receive Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 update on your Realme 6i device. Usually, Realme will provide the OTAs on first come first serve basis, so, apply now to get the new update.
