PUBG: New State Pre-Registration go live in India for iOS and Android

Good news for battle royale fans who play on mobile! PUBG is back, or rather a new PUBG game is making its way to India! It has been a year or so since the original PUBG Mobile game was banned. Well, of course, there is a PUBG like battle royale game that was released specifically for India this year: Battlegrounds Mobile India. There is a new PUBG game for mobile coming soon PUBG New State in India. So let’s talk about PUBG New State Release Date, System Requirements, and how to pre-register.

The new PUBG game that’s coming soon is titled PUBG: New State. There are a lot of things that will be new to the game with a few parts pulled out from the original game. And, since the game is being developed by Krafton and no longer under Tencent Studios, the game is clear and ready to be released globally as well as in India. While we are all excited about the new game coming, let’s take a look at everything we actually know so far.

Well, the game was announced earlier globally and nobody was sure if it would be making its way to India. Now that we have official confirmation from Krafton itself, PUBG New State will be available for players in India. With regards to the release date, there is no information yet. Considering that the alpha testing for the game was just completed at the end of August, we could expect a release window for the game quite sooner than we can expect. However, if we look at the App Store’s game page, it shows expected on or before October 8th, 2021.

As of today, September 1st, 2021, pre-registration for the game is now live for players in India. The game is available for pre-registration on Android as well as iOS devices. When you pre-register for the game you will get an exclusive reward, ie a Limited Vehicle Skin that will be permanently available in your inventory.

  1. Open up the Google Play Store and type in PUBG: New State. Alternatively, you can also click on this link to visit the game page.
  2. You will now see a big green rectangle button that says pre-register. Tap on it.
  3. It will now ask if you wish to install the game as soon as it’s released. 
  4. You can select Yes to Install Automatically or No if you want to install it manually.
  5. If you have not selected the install automatically option, you can always switch the toggle to either enable or disable the automatic installation.

  1. On your iOS device, simply click here to visit game’s page on the Apple App Store.
  2. Simply tap on the blue Get button. You have now registered for PUBG New State.

Well, the game’s official website has stated that the game will be getting realistic next-gen graphics, meaning that it should be looking better and even perform better thanks to better game optimizations. The game is set to be taking place in the future in the year 2051. We can also expect to see newer maps for players to dive in and be the last man standing. We will also be getting to see newer vehicles, probably even electric ones I guess as well as better Battle Royale features such as the Drone Store System and even Green Flare Guns.

With regards to co-op features, we should be seeing new and enhanced stuff that will be exclusive to PUBG: New State. So far we know that there will be a new original map called Troi. This map will be a large one, spanning 8km by 8km where players will be able to roam around freely. They have also stated that there are 10 landmarks in the new Troi map. As it is with the original game that had popular hotspots for players to land and battle. Troi will also be one of these maps where you can be battling around solo, duo, or with squads.

PUBG: New State Device Requirements

We could expect the device requirements to be the same as that of Battlegrounds Mobile India with maybe a few changes with RAM and storage that will be required. For iOS, it looks like you might need to be having a device running iOS 13 or iPadOS 13 and it could be having a download size of 1.2 GB with at least 700MB or more of additional content to download. On Android, it might require a device running Android 9 and a device having at least 4 GB of RAM. Do note that the official device requirements are yet to be revealed and we could get to see that soon or later.
