Lava is an Indian based smartphone company known for budget Android and feature phones. Now the company is all set to release a bunch of new smartphones in India, we’ve recently reported that Lava will soon launch the first Designed-in-India phone along with some other phones. Not only this, the home-grown brand is also working on a women centric smartphone, which is inch close to the official announcement. And here we will share our final look at Lava Be U.
We managed to get hands-on the Lava Be U poster and specifications that they will be using post launch. It is an Android smartphone with a refreshing design and a stunning camera setup.
The phone will come with specifications that we generally get on budget phones. But you can expect it to be available at a lower price. All the specs mentioned here are almost confirmed but as the device is not official, we cannot claim it to be correct.
Lava Be U Specifications (Exclusive)
Lava Be U is a big phone and it will be featuring a 6.08-inch display. It will come with a notch design and HD+ resolution. The phone will also have a fingerprint sensor at the back.
Be U by Lava will be running on Android Go 10 OS out of the box. And similar to the recent Lava Phones it also comes with Stock Android. It is an Android Go phone which means it will have light Google Apps and you can also use Google Camera Go App. The phone is expected to come with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor. I believe this is going to be a MediaTek processor.
Lava Be U will be coupled with 2GB of RAM onboard. And if we talk about storage the device may come with 32GB internal storage.
Looking at the promotional poster, the device is designed especially for women. It will have a pre-installed BeSafe App (Proprietary Safety App) to support women’s safety. We are not aware of the working of the Be Safe App, but we will get to know once Lava releases the phone, which will not take long.
Lava Be U will be packed with a dual rear camera (13+2 MP) with a dual-LED flash. And as per the poster, the device will also feature some crystals for a better and attractive design. Like we have seen in many jewelries. It gives an extra charm to the device.
At the front, the device will have an 8MP selfie camera with AI features. And to power up the device, it will have a big 4,060 mAh battery. According to the budget phones, it is a lot as budget phones don’t drain much power.
