Oppo shares Android 13 based ColorOS 13 rollout timeline for November

Oppo officially announced Android 13-based ColorOS 13 in August. Since then, the smartphone OEM is working on providing the new upgrade to the eligible phones. Now the company has announced a ColorOS 13 rollout timeline for November. Oppo is planning to push the stable build to more phones than the beta update. If you are using an Oppo phone and waiting for the new update, then here’s the list of phones which will get the ColorOS 13 update this month.

Following the previous year’s trend, Oppo shared a detailed rollout timeline on its community forum as well as on the ColorOS Twitter handle. Till now, the ColorOS 13 is available for flagship or newly released mid-range phones, but this month, the update is coming to the last year’s Reno series phones as well as on select A-series and F-series phones. Yes, Reno 5 and Reno 6 series phones are scheduled to receive the new update this month.

As per the details, Oppo will announce an early access program for Reno6 Z 5G on November 8, the update will be available for Oppo F19 Pro+, Reno 5 Pro, Reno 5 Pro 5G, and Reno 6 Pro 5G from November 9, whereas the Oppo A74 5G will get the beta access from November 18. Here are more details.

Talking about the stable update, then the update is currently available for the flagship to Find X5 and Find X5 Pro. But it is coming to a bunch of Oppo phones, as per the schedule, the update will be available for Reno8 Pro 5G from November 8. The rollout will begin for Find X3 Pro from November 11, check the complete list of phones here.

So, these Oppo phones are slated to receive the new Android 13-centric update this month. Whether your phone will get the beta or stable update, make sure that it is running on the latest software version. If your phone is running on the newer version, then you will receive the update. Oppo usually releases the update first for those running on newer software versions, so make sure to update it.

Talking about the features, then Oppo acquires an Aquamorphic design for the ColorOS 13, including new theme palettes, new font, updated Settings UI, fluid Aquamorphic effects in system apps, smoother animations, updated icons, new series of AOD animations, a set ofย new wallpapers, new widgets, Android 13 privacy features, and more.
