Android 14 is now expanding to more devices. After Google, now many other mobile companies are bringing Android 14 to their devices. Oppo has also started rolling out Android 14 via ColorOS 14 update. Some Oppo phones have already received the update, and soon the update is coming to more phones.
Just like Oppo shared the Android 13 timeline every month, Oppo has shared the Android 14 timeline for December 2023. A total of five Oppo phones have received the stable Android 14 update so far. The ColorOS 14 is a major update for Oppo phones. It brings a bunch of new features that include Trinity Engine for a performance boost, optimized Aquamorphic Design with new sound effects, color systems, Aqua Dynamics (Oppo’s naming for live activities), Go Green AOD screens, new AI-powered features including Smart Touch, File Dock; new privacy features, and more.
If your phone is on the list, get ready to try these new features. But if your device is not on the list, it may get update in 2024. We will share the list once it is officially available.
