OnePlus has released new updates for the Nord N10 5G, Nord N100, and Nord N200. The new update brings the October 2021 security patch to all three phones. These phones are part of the Nord series but are available at a much affordable price than Nord and Nord 2. Last week, OnePlus Nord also received an update with some changes and bug fixes.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 get OxygenOS 11.0.2 and OnePlus Nord N200 get OxygenOS 220.127.116.11. Here you can see what’s new in the new OxygenOS update for OnePlus Nord N10 5G, Nord N100, Nord N200.
As Nord N10, Nord N100, and N200 are budget phones in the Nord lineup, these phones don’t get updates frequently like flagship and main Nord phones. But luckily, OnePlus has released the update with the October 2021 Security patch just after pushing the update to OnePlus 8 series and OnePlus Nord. OnePlus Nord N10 5G OxygenOS 11.0.2 update comes with build numbers 11.0.2BE89BA (EU) and 11.0.2BE86AA (NA).
OnePlus has shared the changelog of new updates for the OnePlus Nord lineup on its official forum. And all three updates share the same changelog. Also, folks at XDA shared a changelog for the Nord N200 update. Below you can check the full changelog of the new updates.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G, Nord N100 Update changelog:
- Updated Android Security Patch to 2021.10
- Improved the stability of the communication network
OnePlus Nord N200 Update Changelog
- Android security patch upgraded to October 2021
- General improvements
As usual, the update is rolling out in batches to Nord N10, Nord N100, and Nord N200 users. As it is a staged rollout, some of you may have already received the update, but those who didn’t will receive the update in a few days. If you have N10 5G, N100, or N200, then you can head over to the Settings > System > System Update and check the new updates.
OnePlus also allows users to sideload the update. It means if you want to update immediately if the new update doesn’t show up, you can use the OTA zip file. You can download the OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord OTA update files from the Oxygen Updater app. And after downloading, head to System Update and select local upgrade. Before upgrading, always make sure to take a full backup and charge your phone to at least 50%.
