After releasing the new June security patch for some of its phones, OnePlus starts rolling out an incremental update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 that brings the latest June 2022 Android security patch. This is a small incremental update that is released every month with some improvements. Let’s find out more about the new OxygenOS A.13 update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2.
Recently, OnePlus has also released incremental updates for other phones like the OnePlus 8 series, OnePlus 9R, Nord 2, OnePlus 10R, and a few more. Talking about Nord CE 2 update history, it got its last update in the first fortnight of May. OnePlus is also testing Android 12 for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and it is currently available in closed beta.
The new incremental OxygenOS 11 update for OnePlus Nord CE 2 comes with build number IV2201_11_A.13. It is a small incremental update and weighs around 250MB in size, although it can depend on the region and the update you are coming from.
As mentioned earlier it is a small update and doesn’t bring much change. The only main change is the June Android patch upgrade. You can find the full changelog below.

The new software update A.13 for OnePlus Nord CE 2 is currently rolling out in India. And so if you are a Nord CE 2 user in India, you should get the update soon. You can also check for the update manually by going to Settings > System > System Update. And once it shows the new update tap on the download and install button.
OnePlus also allows upgrading phones through the local upgrade method for an immediate upgrade. But for this, you need A.13 OTA zip file that you can get from the Oxygen Updater app or other trusted sources.
Before upgrading to the latest version, make sure to take a backup of your data and also charge your phone to at least 50%.
