OnePlus may be behind in the race for Android 12, but luckily they have been providing incremental updates on a regular basis. Recently the OEM pushed a few updates to its latest phones. And the OEM is also recruiting OnePlus Nord users to test Android 12. And today the OnePlus Nord 2 has started receiving a new update that brings out the Android security patch. Let us know more about OnePlus Nord 2 OxygenOS 11 A.17 / A.18.
The last update for the OnePlus Nord 2 was released early last month with bug fixes, improvements, and security patch bumps. Recent updates for other OnePlus phones did not bring the latest security patches. Luckily, OnePlus has decided to change a bit with this new update for Nord 2.
The new OxygenOS 11 update for the OnePlus Nord 2 comes with build number DN2101_11.A.17 for India and DN2103_11.A.17 for EU and NA. Since it is a small incremental update, it will weigh around 100MB-200MB. You can use WiFi and even Mobile Internet to download the update. As we mentioned earlier it doesn’t come with many changes.
