OnePlus kicks off Stable Android 14 update for OnePlus 10T

OnePlus is expanding its newest Android 14-centric OxygenOS 14 to more users. In the last two weeks, the company rolled out the stable Android 14 update for the OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus 11. Today, the company has started rolling out the anticipated software upgrade for the OnePlus 10T. Read on to know more details.

At the moment, the update goes live for the open beta testers and normal users; a wider rollout should commence very soon. For testers, the updates weigh around 802MB in download size and seeding with CPH2413_14.0.0.202 (EX01) version number.

The update is already available to a couple of OnePlus 10T users in India, here’s the screenshot and changelog shared by the 10T user (Praveen723) on the OnePlus community forum.

In terms of features and changes, the OnePlus 10T Android 14 update bags an upgraded Trinity Engine for a performance boost, new Smart Charging system, new privacy features including an additional layer of security when granting access to photos and videos for any app, Smart Touch feature which allows you selecting text, images, or videos and paste to the clipboard, new Snapchat widget for lock screen, and more.

    • Adds Aquamorphic-themed ringtones and revamps the system notification sounds.
    • Improves system animations by making them even smoother.
  • User Care
    • Adds a carbon tracking AOD that visualizes the carbon emissions you avoid by walking instead of driving.

The wait is finally over, you can now upgrade your OnePlus 10T to stable Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 update. You will receive the OTA update notification on your phone anytime soon. You can also check the updates manually by navigating to Settings > About device > Download Now.

Keep in mind that your phone is running on the newest software version, also take a backup of important data and charge your phone at least 50%.
