One UI 7 reaches the Samsung Galaxy M15 and F15

If you own Samsung’s entry-level smartphone from last year – the Galaxy M15 or the Galaxy F15, we have good news for you. Samsung has started rolling out the stable Android 15-centric One UI 7 update for the entry-level duo with a flurry of new features and changes.

One UI 7 update for Galaxy M15 is rolling out with M156BXXU6BYE7 build number. For the time being, the update is rolling out in a staged manner in India, and a broader rollout is to commence in a matter of time.

If you own the Galaxy F15, your phone will receive the stable One UI 7 update with E156BXXU6BYE7 software version. The update weighs approx. 3GB in download size and brings May 2025 security patch.

One UI 7.0 is a huge upgrade that packs features like an all-new home screen user interface, starting with the app icons, quick panel, font, new One UI widgets, and more.

Additionally, you will gain access to the all-new Now Bar, which shows live activities such as Interpreter, Music, Recording, Stopwatch, and more. You can check out the complete list of changes here.

Now, whether you own the Galaxy M15 or F15, you can check for new updates by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

Before installing the update, make sure to take a backup of all important data and charge your phone to at least 50%.
