A new day and more new Galaxy phones are treated with One UI 6.1 update. Samsung has released the latest One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy M53 5G. Both are budget Android phones.
Before these two, Samsung released One UI 6.1 for many other budget phones including Galaxy A73, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A15, Galaxy A14, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy A34. One UI 6.1 is the latest big update for Samsung Galaxy phones.
The One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy A52 5G is rolling out in the US and Canada, while the update for Galaxy M53 is available in Latin America regions (via). And it won’t be long before we see its availability in other regions. Talking about technical details the update for Galaxy M53 is available with firmware build M536BXXU5EXD3. The firmware build for the other phone is unknown yet.
As you already know, One UI 6.1 is a big update, it weighs over 2GB on both phones. So make sure to use WiFi for downloading the update.
Talking about new features, you will find all the One UI 6.1 non-AI features like copy and paste from one image to another, depth effect for wallpaper, new lock screen widgets, Sync Internet tab groups with other devices, AI recommendations while editing photos and videos, Track all your Galaxy devices on a map in new Samsung Find app, and more.
Even though the One UI 6.1 for Galaxy A52 5G and M53 is available without Galaxy AI features, the update still brings many important and useful features.
If you own Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy M53 in the mentioned regions, you will get the OTA update soon if you haven’t already. Also, the update will expand to more regions soon. To manually check for the update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
