And the time is not far when Samsung users will be able to experience it. Here is the list of Galaxy phones that are going to get One UI 5.1 in February 2023.
Currently, One UI 5.1 is only available on the Galaxy S23 series. And as per the initial reviews, One UI 5.1 has been improved a lot and feels much smoother than One UI 5.0. Yes, there may not be many new features, but the new ones are quite important and useful.

Most of the time, when Samsung releases a premium phone it includes a new One UI update. And once the device is available to the public, the same update rolls out to other eligible devices. Since the devices are already shipping to users who pre-ordered the series, the update also begins rolling out to more phones.

Update: Samsung starts rolling out One UI 5.1 for the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Flip 3. It is currently available in select regions.

This is the list of the first set which means One UI 5.1 will roll out to more phones, but it could take time. It may be possible that all Galaxy phones running One UI 5 will receive One UI 5.1 update. You can check the expected list here.
