Nothing Phone 1 gets Android 14 with NothingOS 2.5.2 Update

Nothing, the new technology company, has released the Android 14 update for its first-ever smartphone, the Nothing Phone (1). The company had already rolled out the Android 14 update for the Nothing Phone 2 last year. Until now, the Android 14 update for the Nothing Phone 1 was in beta testing. However the stable Android 14 update is now available for Nothing Phone 1.

Now everyone with a Nothing Phone 1 can enjoy Android 14 and its new features without having to join the beta. Nothing started beta testing Android 14 based Nothing OS 2.5 for Phone (1) in mid-December. Finally, after a long wait, the stable update is rolling out. In the announcement page, the Nothing team clarified that the update is being released to beta users first and will be released to the stable Android 13 users later.
