Nokia may have started the Android 13 rollout but has expanded Android 13 to four devices within a couple of weeks and more Nokia phones will be joining soon. The Nokia XR20 5G is the latest Nokia device to receive the stable Android 13 update. Prior to this update, Nokia had released the update for Nokia X10, Nokia X20, and Nokia G50. Android 13 is the latest OS for Android phones. Google released Android 13 to the public in August. And Nokia joined the race this month i.e. December. And the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 are the first two phones to get the update.
Nokia XR20 5G was released in 2021 with Android 11 OS. Later, Nokia released Android 12, the first major update for the device. That is, Android 13 is the second major update for the Nokia XR20 5G.
The Nokia XR20 Android 13 update appears to be rolling out in India and Egypt. Users from different regions can expect the update soon. The latest update is available with build version V3.220 and weighs in at 2.30GB. Android 13 also brings the November 2022 security patch.
Now coming to the new features, the update includes several changes and features to make the device more useful. As mentioned earlier the update is currently rolling out in India and Egypt, if you are a Nokia XR20 user in both regions, you can get the update anytime. While users of other regions may have to wait a little longer. Updates will be available over the air. And if your OTA update notification doesn’t work, make sure to check for updates regularly.
