The new update for OnePlus Nord and OnePlus 9R does not bring the latest February security patch. So both are still running on the old security patch. To check for updates manually, go to Settings > System > System Update. And if it shows a new update then click on download and install.

Fortunately, OnePlus also allows users to install updates locally. So if you want to update your phone immediately, you can install the OTA zip file. You can get the Incremental OTA zip file on the Oxygen Updater app or from the official OnePlus website. After downloading the correct OTA zip, you can sideload it from System Update > Gear icon > Local Upgrade. Select the OTA file and then it will install on your phone. Reboot and enjoy the new update.

Before upgrading your phone, make sure to take a full backup and also charge your phone to at least 50%.
