Motorola has added three new affordable phones to the G series. These new phones are Moto G15, G15 Power, and Moto G05. All three phones run on the Android 15 operating system out of the box. The company has also announced a new entry-level E-series phone, dubbed, the Moto E15.
Moto E15
Motorola announces the Moto E15 as their latest entry-level offering. The phone is billing with a 6.67-inch LCD panel with a punch-hole camera cutout and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display on the latest E-series phone supports up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness.
The E-series phone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G81 Extreme chipset and runs on Android 14 Go Edition operating system. Motorola launches the smartphone in a single 2GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage variant. For photography, there’s a 32MP module with 4-in-1 pixel binning technology. Apart from the main camera, there’s an ambient light sensor in the setup.
For selfies, the phone has an 8MP snapper on the front. Moto E15 boasts a 5,200mAh battery and support 18W charging speed. The phone comes in Misty Blue and Fresh Lavender shades.
Moto G05
Motorola G05 is billing with more features compared to the E15. Talking about the changes, then the phone has a 50MP camera sensor on its back with an f/1.8 aperture and a 1.28-micron pixel size. Design wise, the G05 has a Vegan leather back.
The phone comes in two configuration variants – 4GB / 64GB and 8GB / 128GB. Moto G05 is the company’s most affordable smartphone to come with the Android 15 operating system. The phone is available in Forest Green and Plum Red colors. The other specs remains the same as the Moto E15.
Moto G15 and G15 Power
Motorola says, the new G15 and G15 Power are the successors of the Moto G24 and G24 Power. The new phones are billing with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 1080 X 2400 pixels resolution. The G15 duo is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor and runs on Android 15 OS out of the box.
Moto G15 comes in 4GB / 8GB RAM options alongside the 128GB onboard storage, whereas, the G15 Power comes in 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. In terms of optics, the phone has a 50MP primary camera sensor with Quad Bayer Pixel Binning technology. The second sensor is a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front side, there’s an 8MP shooter with 1.12-micron fixed focal length.
The G15 Power comes with a 6,000mAh battery and support 30W fast charging, whereas, the affordable G15 has a 5,200mAh battery with 18W charging support. Motorola launches the G15 in Gravity Gray, Iguana Green, and Sunrise Orange color shades.
Pricing and Availability
All four phones will be available across select markets in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Motorola is yet to reveal the pricing of new phones.
