  1. Horrible experience with Motorola post sell
Edge plus 2023 (maybe also others) presented a big issue with phone calls while using speaker on (garbled voice making other party can’t understand you)

Motorola Support denied all times the problem and blamed the carriers (ATT and TMobile).
The Support (manager) explained only way to resolve is sending phone to warranty where they replaced our phones by “reconditioned” (like-new) ones but with same issue!
It was a waste of time and money (I paid for a new phone and now I have a reconditioned one with same issue)

I explained to Motorola that it is not a H/W issue, so no need to replace my phone , but they are reluctant to return me back with a phone in same conditionas mine (new)

Finally this issue seems resolved with Android 14 , but not thanks to Motorola
lesson learned: you get what you pay, personal decision: no more Motorola
