Last week, Motorola announced three new premium phones at an event in China. The trio of new phones include the Moto Razr (2022), Moto Edge X30 Pro, and Moto S30 Pro. Obviously, Moto Razr 2022 is the show-stopper of the event, while the Moto X30 Pro brings top-notch specs. The latest flagship phone houses a 200MP primary camera, 60MP selfie camera, curved OLED screen, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, and more. Moto X30 Pro – Quick Overview
Motorola’s new X-series phone is available in China, there’s no word on international availability yet, but, it should come outside China. In terms of power, the device bags the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor (based on 4nm technology). Moto X30 Pro comes in 8GB and 12GB RAM options along with 256GB and 512GB internal storage. On the software side, the phone boots with MyUI 4.0 based on Android 12. On the front, the X30 Pro features a 6.7-inch curved OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and 1080 X 2400 pixels resolution.
One of the major highlights of the new Moto X30 Pro is the camera, the phone dons a triple-lens camera module on its back. It features a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 camera sensor as its main camera with f/1.95 aperture, 16-in-1 pixel binning technology, OIS, and other essential feature support. The camera module also bundles a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 12MP telephoto camera. Moving to the front, then Motorola offers a 60MP snapper for selfies, that fits inside the punch-hole camera cutout.
The new Moto X30 Pro is equipped with a 4,610mAh battery with support of 125W fast charging. The phone comes in Black and White colors and starts at CNY3,699 (approx. $548 / ₹44,000).
