A few days ago, the India-based smartphone brand Micromax, started testing Android 11 on the Micromax In Note 1. The company had also promised to release it for the Micromax In 1 smartphone, but did not share any ETA. Now the latest reports suggest, the Micromax In 1 is going to get the Android 11 update via early access very soon. Here you can check about Micromax In 1 Android 11 release date, features, and more.
When will Micromax In 1 get Android 11 Update
In replying to a user, the company has confirmed that Micromax In 1 is slated to receive its first major OS update next month. The Android 11 update will bring new UI changes, features, improvements, and bugs fixes to your smartphone. Although, in the early phase, select users will get the taste of the major Android 11 update after taking part to the early access program.
As it is going to be a major patch, it will require a chunk of data for sideloading. As I said earlier, the update will bring new features as well. We can expect that Android 11 update on Micromax In 1 will come with features like Chat Bubbles, change in Notification panel & volume controls, improved performance, and many other features. Along with a newer monthly security patch version.
Since it’s an early access, it may also have some bugs. I don’t recommend sideloading the beta testing updates on your primary smartphone. But if you’re in a hurry then you can take a part to the early access program.
Participating the early access program for Micromax phones are easy, once the early access program will go live, then you can share your smartphone details (such IMEI number) to the Micromax’s site admin (the same person who will share the details about the Micromax In 1 Android 11 update early access program).
Note: Do Not share your smartphone details openly in the forum, make sure to share it to the Micromax (site admin aka moderator).
After registering, you’ll receive the update via special OTA. Then you can manually check for the latest update by going to Settings > System > Software Update.
