In January, Lava announced a couple of smartphones under its Z-series. And the Lava Z1 is the most affordable member of the Z-series. Now the company is all set to bring a successor of Lava’s Z1. Yes, the Noida-based smartphone brand, Lava will soon bring Lava Z1s in India with upgraded specs. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming Lava Z1s smartphone.
For starters, the Lava Z1s is set to come with a 5-inch display of a 16:9 aspect ratio. The size of the device is the same as the predecessor Lava Z1. Moving to the performance side, then there’s an upgraded chipset, Lava Z1s will be equipped with an Octa-core chipset instead of Quad-core in its predecessor. It’s a 1.6GHz SoC, the device will boot up with Android 11 (Go) OS out-of-the-box.
Apart from the Octa-core chip, the device will be paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage onboard with expansion support of up to 256GB via microSD card. Moving to the back panel, then there’s a single lens 5MP camera snapper with 1.12µm pixel and f/2.2 aperture. The device is set to come with a 2MP front camera with an LED flash.
The Z1s is going to be paired with a massive 3,100mAh battery that includes a 5W power brick and a cable in the box. Lava will also provide a silicon case in the box of the Lava Z1s. The device will come in Blue and Cyan color options.
According to our sources, it is going to be the most affordable 2GB RAM smartphone in India. The company will also offer 100 days of free screen replacement with the Lava Z1s smartphone.
