- Using your Phone or PC, launch your favorite web browser and head over to the myroku.com website.
- Now, sign in with the account that has been used on the Roku TV.
- Once you have verified the login, visit the My Account page.
- Now scroll to the very bottom to where it says My Linked Devices.
- You will see the Remove Device option in Red. Tap or click on it.
- A pop-up will be displayed asking if you wish to unlink a device from the Roku account.
- Tap or click on the purple Unlink button.
- The Roku account will soon be removed from the Roku TV.
- All you need to do now is sign into the Roku TV with your Roku account, and you are good to go.
Method 2 – Perform a Factory Reset of the Roku TV

- Now, choose System, followed by Advanced System Settings.

- Choose Factory Reset everything.
- When the pop-up message appears, select Start factory reset.
- The reset process will begin and in a few minutes, you will be able to sign in and set up your Roku TV a fresh.
