For the time being, the OTA is weeding over the air in Finland, some users claim the rollout is also live in Germany, it will be available in other regions very soon. As it is a major upgrade, it requires more data compared to the monthly security patches, you can use the WiFi network to download it if you have a limited mobile data plan.

If you reside in France, then you can upgrade your Nokia 8.3 5G to Android 12, but if you live in a different region, then you will have to wait for a few more days. You may have already received the OTA notification on your Nokia 8.3 5G, if not, then you can head over to Settings > System > Software Update and upgrade your phone to Android 12. The update will also be available to pending users in the coming days.
